Designer Spring 2009

As the cold, rainy Northwest winter approaches, what better time to think about Spring fashion! Production Report: The Empire Builder

We have recently embarked on an exciting feature-length documentary highlighting the life of James J. Hill. Known as The Empire Builder, Hill not only built the Great Northern Railway from St. Paul, Minnesota to Seattle, Washington, but developed entire towns and industries along the route.

Filming began in late October with travels to Spokane, Fargo and St. Paul to shoot interviews with historians, poets and scholars. We have been working with KCTS with an eye towards a national broadcast next fall.
